International Customers (outside the EU)

For customers outside the European Union, all purchases are processed exclusively via the Artmajeur platform.

Payment terms, taxes, shipping conditions and consumer protection are governed by Artmajeur policies.

Customers within the European Union

For direct purchases within the European Union, individual agreement applies.
A written confirmation (email or invoice) constitutes a binding contract.

Custom commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Ready-made pieces purchased online may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned undamaged and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
